Our qualified electrician will perform a thorough inspection of all aspects of your commercial electrical system, such as panels, wiring, and conduits, as well as more visible elements like power points, switches, and light fittings. Who’s responsible for organising these inspections?
If the commercial property in question is the site of an operational business, the employer must arrange electrical safety checks and make sure they’re carried out.
Are electrical inspections a legal requirement?
Regulations do differ depending on the type of work carried out with particular equipment; but as a general rule, you must perform regular tests and inspections on specified electrical equipment and safety switches in your commercial premises.
